About the Event
In May we feature scents that honor the season of Spring and the element of Wood associated with growth, aspiration, roots and branches. Come enjoy the art of stillness with a supported restorative yoga practice. Join us to open space for wisdom and inspiration. We will create relaxation and healing at the deepest cellular levels. Using natural scents from mother earth, learn the art of revitalization through breath and supported hatha yoga postures. In this practice, we feature Aroma Point Therapy treatments.
Sunday, May 10, we join for an in-studio AND on-line practice. (Note the separate prices for on-line versus in-studio.) We will limit the in-studio class size to ten students plus your teacher.
Class is 90 minutes from 11:00 am -12:30 pm CT
The price of the in-studio class includes all essential oils needed. Oils will be applied using q-tips. which can be saved in your own baggy to…
