March Virtual Restorative Aroma Yoga Featuring Roman Chamomile

We will create relaxation and healing at the deepest cellular levels.  Using natural scents from mother earth, learn the art of revitalization through breath and supported hatha yoga postures. In this practice, we feature a different essential oil each month while incorporating Aroma Point Therapy treatments.​

Sunday, March 6, we share a virtual practice featuring Roman Chamomile. As we travel the Traditional Chinese Medicine wheel toward the Wood element of Spring, we embrace this sweet, green essence. It can help calm a restless mind by promoting relaxation. It can also help encourage emotional flexibility and stability.
