Welcome the holiday of love and compassion!  Join Meg for a 30 minute slow mindful flow yoga practice. 

Set yourself up in a quiet space. Wear comfortable clothes. 

This event is 30 minutes from 9:15 - 9:45AM CT. 

Have a couple props if you like: a blanket (or bath towel) and couple blocks (or books).
