April Virtual Restorative Aroma Yoga Featuring Bergamot

We will create relaxation and healing at the deepest cellular levels.  Using natural scents from mother earth, learn the art of revitalization through breath and supported hatha yoga postures. In this practice, we feature a different essential oil each month while incorporating Aroma Point Therapy treatments.​

Sunday, April 11, we share a virtual practice featuring Bergamot. This fresh-lemony citrus oil is stimulating, yet calming. As we  launch into Spring, it can help us restore from weak conditions. It can also aid with healing emotional wounds from times of sadness or grieving.
