**Yoga Basics
For those with no yoga experience or others who are looking to reaffirm the baseline concepts of a sound hatha yoga practice.  Basic anatomy as it relates to beginning postures will be emphasized.  Muscle lengthening through simple extentions and breathwork will also be practiced.  To build strength, flexibility and body awareness, beginning flexion and rotation will also be introduced. 
 
**Beginning Hatha Yoga
For those with little to no yoga experience.  Also those with limited flexibility and strength.  Beginning postures will be practiced along with balance and basic breath workto promote alignment, flexibility strength and relaxation. 
  
** Restorative Hatha Yoga
Experience deep level of relaxation through highly supported hatha yoga postures, visualization and focus on the breath.  Experience using props such as sandbags, bolsters, blankets to provide comfort and  release at the deepest cellular levels.  All levels of practitioners are welcome including beginners or those with no yoga experience.  Anyone looking for stress relief and deep healing will especially enjoy these classes.
      
**Multi-Level Yoga
This class is designed for those with some yoga experience.  Beginning to Advanced yogis are welcome as various levels of each posture are offered and explored. Besides postures, more advanced breathwork and some yogic philosophy are also offered during these sessions. 
 
**Satsung Yoga
This light hearted class allows students to explore the power of hatha yoga posture with partners and groups of three or more.  Learning may start at the base individual posture.  It is then brought into a posture that can be shared by 2.  The experimentation begins as we expand the posture into interconnected groups of 3 or more.  Come join us and learn how take life less seriously!
