In the practice of karma yoga or service to others, we will be offering a morning of free yoga to all who attend!  Celebrated as a National Day of Yoga, classes in beginning hatha yoga, yoga philosophy and basic astrology will be offered at the Mystical Science Institute.  Donations will be accepted and will go to the Sunlight of the Spirit Food Pantry and the MSI Loving Kindness Meditation Project. 

Each year hundreds of yoga teachers and schools offer free or nearly free yoga classes and workshops to Americans across the country. Thousands of Americans — the young and old, the flexible and not-so-flexible, athletes and couch potatoes and those of every heritage will discover, rediscover or continue with their current practice through a class or workshop perfect for them.

Come join us, celebrate the gift of yoga and help further the work of these wonderful service projects!  

Our morning celebration includes the following:

• Beginning Hatha Yoga with Steve -9-10AM
• Basic Astrology Readings offered with Meg from 9-10AM (bring your birth date, birth time and location)
• Promoting Inner Peace and Outer Bliss:  Applying the Principals of Yoga (Steve and Meg) - 10-11AM
• Yoga for Stressful times with Meg - 11AM-12Noon
• Warm Tea and Organic Snacks will be shared
