Practice—10:00AM to 11:30AM
We wll be taking a break for the remainder of 2010.
Beginning to Advanced yogis are welcome!
We will start with a silent group meditation followed by a breathing practice. Various levels of each posture
are offered. Some yogic philosophy is also integrated during each session. Tea and organic snacks
are shared afterwards.
