We took a road trip to Lexington, Kentucky and Yoga with Romi to share the secrets of Yoga Aroma.  Flower essences and essential oils along with wonderful relaxation poses contributed to a very heavenly day!

Our lovely alter honoring all the wonderful essential oils and flower essences.  Tulsi, Sandlewood, Geranium and Bergamont to name a few oils.  Elm, Beech, Larch and Walnut flower essences were also experienced.

Students experience stretches along with first essential oils to blance the first chakra.

We enjoyed yummy snacks, juices and tea after class while getting to know each other better.
